Process knowledge, digitized

Turn how your work is done into something every new worker can follow.

NetoBricks maps your process from your files and from the people who do the work, and turns it into guides, training and answers that new workers and contractors can use from day one. It stays up to date when things change, and shows you where the work gets stuck.

What's unique to your business stays yours.

For work that's learned by doing:

What changes

The knowledge that runs your business, out of people's heads and into a system.

  • Your process, digitized

Every step, tool, check and exception, mapped from the way the work actually runs on a normal day.

  • Clear for anyone new

New workers, contractors and subcontractors get guides and practice they can follow on their own, so a veteran doesn't have to stop and explain.

  • Always up to date

When a dish, a part or a procedure changes, everything that depends on it is flagged for review. Nothing goes stale quietly.

  • A feedback loop that finds bottlenecks

The questions people ask, the corrections they make and the steps that go wrong are counted, so you see where the work gets stuck.

How it works

One loop, running all the time

The people who do the work correct what's wrong. Each correction improves the guide, the training and the answers at once.

  1. Start from what already exists: files, videos, manuals, and a few hours with the people who do the work.

  2. The process is mapped step by step. What nobody wrote down is asked, never guessed.

  3. New workers and contractors learn from guides and practice, and get answers while they work.

  4. Their questions and corrections flow back. The map gets better, and you see where the work gets stuck.

Use cases

Wherever the work is learned on the job

Waiters

From the menu to the payment

  • The menu: every dish, what's in it, allergens and what to recommend
  • How service flows, from seating a table to clearing it
  • Who to go to for what: the pass, the bar, the shift manager
  • The ordering tablet and taking payments: splitting a bill, tips, and what needs a manager

Cooks

Every station, every dish, the same way

  • Prep lists and the build order of each dish at each station
  • The plating standard, portion size and what goes out first
  • Practice on the station before the first real rush
  • Opening, closing and cleaning, step by step

Shift managers

Running a shift without calling the owner

  • Opening and closing, deliveries and stock counts
  • What to do when a dish runs out or a complaint comes in
  • Where orders wait, and what new staff ask most

Your data

What's unique to you stays yours

  • Your edge stays yours

The system learns how a field generally works, so every business starts from a better first draft. What's unique to your business, or protected, is never shared.

  • Not used for training

The AI processing runs on business AI services whose terms say they won't train their models on your data.

  • Asked, never guessed

Nothing unknown is filled in with a number that merely sounds right.

  • Who said what

Every answer is kept with the person's name and role.

Every value carries a mark: Drafted from your files From a document Confirmed by a named person People disagree ?Unknown, so it is asked
